- Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
- Used books.
- Books damaged after delivery.
- Digital products or downloadable content.
Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Replacement
If you receive a damaged or incorrect book, we will arrange a replacement subject to stock availability.
